Actually everything was spotless, my next choice again in Machu Picchu. I thoroughly enjoyed that there was breakfast included. The room was high standard, it had good wi-fi.

It was in a very central location, close to everything the town has to offer. It was also near to very close to the train station, Machu Picchu and a night club. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, just a few steps away from the train and bus stations, making it convenient for exploring the town and visiting the citadel. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and ample lighting. the staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh juice, breads, and eggs, giving us the energy to start our day. the hotel had a great location and provided comfortable accommodations.

The lack of English-speaking staff made communication a bit challenging for non-Spanish speakers.

We had a fantastic stay at a budget-friendly hotel in Aguas Calientes. the location was perfect, just steps away from the buses that take you up to the famous site. the staff, Santiago and Yenny, were incredible and provided personal and caring service from the moment we arrived. They even gave us tips on how to make the most of our Machu Picchu experience. the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the constant sound of the river flowing outside was soothing. They were flexible with breakfast and even prepared a to-go bag for us when we had to start our hike early. the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Cons: Nothing, all great! 👍.
